Hi, I’m Anushka, the founder and coach behind AK Fitness Coaching.

My mission is simple: to help you break free from restrictive dieting, rebuild your confidence, and create a healthy lifestyle that feels sustainable — not stressful.

After years of seeing women trapped in cycles of “all or nothing,” I wanted to create a coaching experience that focuses on balance, education, and empowerment.

At AK Fitness Coaching, we don’t chase quick fixes — we focus on building strong, confident, capable bodies through structured training, mindful nutrition, and consistent support.

My approach is rooted in helping you unlearn old habits, develop a better relationship with food, and feel confident in your own skin — without guilt, restriction, or burnout. You’ll learn to nourish your body, move with purpose, and build habits that last for life.

Online coaching includes tailored workouts, lifestyle support, and accountability check-ins, while nutrition plans focus on building sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle.

What services do you offer?

Do I need gym experience to start?

No, my programs are designed for all levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with more experience. Each plan is adapted to your ability, schedule, and personal goals.

What’s included in online coaching?

Online coaching provides a personalized training plan that can be completed at home or in the gym. You’ll also receive nutrition guidance with meal ideas and tracking support, weekly check-ins to review your progress, and direct messaging access for ongoing motivation and support.

What’s included in a nutrition-only plan?

A nutrition-only plan gives you personalised calorie and macro targets, easy-to-follow meal inspiration, education on portion control and food swaps, as well as weekly accountability check-ins to keep you on track.

Every client is different, but on average most clients achieve between five and ten kilograms of healthy weight loss over three to six months, depending on their consistency and lifestyle.

How quickly will I see results?

Can I cancel or change my plan?

All packages are non-refundable but can be upgraded if you decide you’d like more support.

What if I have dietary requirements?

All nutrition plans are fully customisable to suit your preferences, allergies, and dietary needs. This includes vegetarian, vegan, halal, and other lifestyle-specific options.
