I’m Anushka, founder of AK Fitness Coaching — a coach, mum, and almost 40, dedicated to helping others find balance, strength, and confidence through fitness and nutrition.
After starting a family, I found myself navigating the challenges of motherhood, work, and self-care. Through small, consistent changes — short workouts, mindful nutrition, and sustainable habits — I transformed my health and mindset, losing over 50 pounds and rebuilding both my strength and confidence.
After experiencing my own transformation, I realised that true change isn’t about restriction or perfection — it’s about building sustainable habits that fit into real life. My approach combines structure with flexibility, empowering clients to feel strong, confident, and in control without sacrificing the things they love.
