How does online coaching work?

After signing up, you’ll complete a consultation form so we can understand your goals, schedule, and preferences. From there, we’ll create a custom fitness and/or nutrition plan and provide ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as you progress.

Who are your coaching programs for?

Our programs are suitable for all experience levels — whether you’re a beginner wanting structure or an experienced gym-goer looking for accountability and expert guidance.

Programs & Coaching

What’s included in your coaching plans?

Each plan includes a personalized workout program, tailored nutrition guidance, check-ins, and continuous support via our fitness app which you will have access to once you commit to the program.

How long do your coaching plans last?

Program lengths vary depending on your goals — typically 12 weeks minimum. Long-term coaching is available for clients seeking ongoing support and results.

Do I need access to a gym?

Not necessarily. We can design your plan around home workouts, gym sessions, or a mix of both — depending on your setup and preferences.

Payments & Policies

How do I pay for my program?

All payments are securely processed through our website. You’ll receive confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

Do you offer refunds?

As our programs are personalized, we do not offer refunds once your plan has been created and delivered. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase (before receiving your plan), we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I pause or cancel my program?

We understand life happens. If you experience injury, illness, or a major schedule change, please reach out — we can discuss options to pause or adjust your coaching plan.

Nutrition & Results

Will I receive a meal plan?

We have various online plans including Fitness & Nutrition or Nutrition only plans. You will receive personalized nutrition guidance tailored to your goals, preferences, and dietary needs. We focus on helping you build sustainable habits rather than restrictive meal plans.

How soon will I see results?

Results vary depending on consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle factors — but many clients notice progress within the first 3–4 weeks when following their personalized plan consistently.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

No problem! We’ll customize your nutrition plan to fit your specific needs and preferences.

Support & Communication

How often will I hear from my coach?

You’ll receive regular check-ins (typically weekly or bi-weekly) and can message your coach directly on our fitness app for additional support or plan adjustments.

What if I have questions during my program?

Can I continue coaching after my plan ends?

Absolutely. Many clients continue long-term coaching to maintain progress, accountability, and ongoing support. We’ll help you choose the best follow-up option for your goals.
