At AK Fitness Coaching, every program is created to provide a personalized, results-driven experience tailored to each client’s goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Because our coaching services include customized plans and digital materials, we have a specific refund policy in place to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Coaching Services

Once a fitness or nutrition program has been purchased and your onboarding process has begun (including completion of consultation forms or receipt of your plan), refunds are not available.
This is because our services are personalized, and significant time and resources go into designing your program.

If you have not yet received your initial program or consultation materials, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at anushka@akfitnesscoaching.co.uk to discuss potential options.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (such as downloadable guides, e-books, or meal plans) are non-refundable once delivered.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at Anushka@akfitnesscoaching.co.uk and we’ll ensure you receive the materials successfully.

3. Subscription or Membership Plans

If you are enrolled in a recurring plan, you may cancel future payments at any time by contacting us at Anushka@akfitnesscoaching.co.uk

Please note that payments already processed cannot be refunded, but your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected life events can occur.

If you are facing exceptional circumstances (such as injury or illness), please reach out to discuss a pause or deferral option.
We’re committed to finding a fair and compassionate solution whenever possible.
